Once you reach out to us and explain your situation, we will request what actions have already taken place to secure payment. Most physician offices will try to collect from their end as they want payment from your insurance company before collecting from you. If they cannot collect from your insurance company then they will come to you to pay. That is where we come in. You, as the patient, will need to collect the necessary information we will need to fight your insurance. Due to HIPPA regulations, we cannot collect patient information from the physicians office, only you can. We will provide an encrypted email for you to download your information and we will then get to work.
